Helen was born near Belfast and has lived all over the world with her family until she ended up happily living in Huddersfield in Northern England and more recently moved back down south to be nearer her aging family and is now in the lovely seaside town of Cromer, Norfolk.
Helen has worked for 24 years as an actor. Working for companies such as Cambridge Shakespeare, Chapterhouse, Seagull Theatre, Baroque Theatre to name a few. She has toured up and down the country and now knows the roads of England better than anyone should, and has been known to have very dull conversations about which roads to travel on to avoid the roadworks! Currently avoid the M1 like the plague!

Helen also has a passion for stage combat especially armed and has been known to fight as a Viking, an Elizabethan and a battered wife.
